Client Account Managers LSHC and ER&I - offshore

As a Client Account Manager for one of our global priority clients in the Industrial Products industry you will work closely together with business teams and global account leadership to execute the account strategic vision.
How you can make an impact?

  • Work directly with the Client Relationship Executive (CRE) and the Global Lead Client Service Partner (CLSP) and the territory lead partner to proactively drive the continuous improvement of account management processes
  • Act as the central point of contact to coordinate activities with global and local Legal & Risk functions for updates to the global and local contractual framework agreements
  • Lead the response to global, regional and local management requests such as budgeting, reporting, strategic planning etc and ensure information is up to date in Deloitte tools including CRM Tool and CIR Tool (Client Intelligence Reporting)
  • Organise events like the global client planning workshop with key client stakeholders, Deloitte Partners and Directors
  • Proactively manage internal communications (eg. Newsletter, Intranet, etc.) to better share intelligence across the team about the client’s business, culture and people
  • Who we are looking for?
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree
  • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and networking skills
  • Lateral thinker who can problem solve and initiate actions even with limited information
  • Good active listener who can create bridges between client needs and Deloitte solutions
  • Strong analytical skills combined with high quality assurance standards and attention to detail
  • Project management skills
  • Thoughtfully manages multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Experience in interacting with Procurement organisation and overseeing contractual and commercial negotiations (a benefit)
  • Fluency in English (German and French a benefit)
