The Communications & Public Affairs team creates, manages and delivers content that positions Deloitte as the go-to experts in a wide range of fields – from business transformation and the future of work to industry-specific topics. In that respect, it is the Digital team’s purpose to make an impact in the marketplace across our digital channels, including our website, social media, advertising and online events.

The Communications & Public Affairs team is part of the Clients & Industries division of Deloitte, which also encompasses marketing, events, brand, client relations, business development and research. Together, we shape strategic go-to-market programmes addressing today’s business challenges of our C-suite clients.

Your responsibilities:

·       Drive innovative new solutions to meet business goals for virtual engagement and digital marketing activities

·       Instill best practices for virtual client interactions on technology, content design and screen appearance (webinars, workshops, orals and more). Train and advise stakeholders to ensure guidance is met.

·       Develop and deliver firmwide SEO and SEA strategies. Offer guidance and training to content creators on best practices for SEO. Manage AdWords campaigns to promote Deloitte’s services and campaigns.

·       Coach the wider team in writing compelling content, i.e. telling our stories in a clear, confident and human manner to Deloitte’s target groups.

·       Copyedit content for the website (landing pages for thought leadership, service offering pages, articles etc.), social media, press releases, blogs, and op-ed pieces.

·       Develop, deliver and measure digital marketing strategies for go-to-market campaigns

·       Manage the day-to-day content of Deloitte’s website and other digital channels using Adobe and SharePoint content management systems.

Your qualifications:

·       University degree (preferably Master of Arts, in business or communications).

·       At least five years’ experience in digital marketing and experience in running online training or managing virtual events.

·       Experience in coaching and training senior practitioners within organisations

  • Ability and flair to write to the highest professional standard in English (native or near native), with a good to native knowledge of German preferred, French is a plus.
  • Proven track record in developing and delivering effective and engaging digital communication projects. Large organisation or PR agency experience preferred.

·       Experience with content management systems (Adobe and SharePoint preferable) and Photoshop or equivalent image editor.

·       Capacity to acquire a rapid understanding of our complex business and our people, and to translate into engaging, inspiring content.

·       Excellent project and stakeholder management, interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders simultaneously

·       Strong team player mentality with a positive, flexible attitude, hands-on approach and entrepreneurial spirit.
