Your role and responsibilities:
We’re looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead the global expansion of our innovative visual AI solutions. In this role, you’ll lead and inspire a high-performing sales and marketing team of 3[MD1] , craft a winning sales strategy, drive significant revenue growth, and establish strategic partnerships. The preferred candidate is located in an EU Time Zone.
You will be mainly accountable for:

Create, plan, and implement sales mission, vision, strategy, budget, and efficiency targets for the assigned area.

Actively engage in business development and sales activities, build a solid lead pipeline with your team, and foster relationships globally with existing and future customers.

Develop strategic business plans, prioritize target markets, manage marketing activities and drive B2B customer contract negotiations.

Lead and inspire the Sales team by fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture rooted in a growth mindset.
Qualifications for the role:

Completed university degree, preferably in a technical field.

At least 8 years of experience in a similar role.

Profound B2B sales experience in Internal Logistics, Warehousing, Automation or Robotics industries.

Good knowledge of material handling processes, tools and software is preferred.

Proven track record in successfully leading teams.

Analytical attitude with outstanding presentation and communication skills.

Willingness to travel approx. 20% - 30%.

Fluency in English (German is a plus).
