What you achieve
You join the DevOps team, which is responsible for the end-to-end development and operations of our service. By working directly with large enterprise customers, you successfully onboard them onto our service. You make projects successful and customers happy both from the technical and management perspective. Using your good understanding of the various security use cases related to user access to the customer's databases, you define individual use cases in collaboration with the customer. You oversee the entire onboarding process, including configuration, implementation, and testing of the agreed use cases until the service is live. In addition, you define the project plan and manage the project from the Swisscom side. You set up and implement the service, including all technical and architecture topics. Plus, you contribute to the continuous expansion of our service in the market.
Why you succeed
- Degree (ETH/Uni/technical college) in computer science or technical diploma (FCC) with a degree (UAS/technical college)
- Experience with customer-facing projects and consulting
- Hands-on knowledge of SQL (Oracle, MS SQL) and NoSQL (e.g. PostgreSQL, MongoDB) databases as well as database security, audit functions, and tools for different databases
- General understanding of and experience in IT security
- Familiar with Linux and Windows servers
- Knowledge in object-oriented programming and experience in back-end development in at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Java, Golang is a plus
- DevOps experience in a cloud / containerized environment is a plus
- Highly analytical and conceptual, entrepreneurial in thoughts and actions, curious, flexible, self-starter and team player
- Very good English and German, French a plus
