What you achieve
Working for Swisscom's remote access services RAS, you are involved in the entire life cycle from development, implementation, operation, monitoring, and automation. You develop and operate AAA/RADIUS and associated software interfaces for integration with RAS management applications and software interfaces. Change and release management are part of your routine. In cooperation with external partners and internal DevOps teams, you continuously optimize an develop the platform software and RAS features, create inclusive concepts and plan as well as implement. In addition, you provide 3rd tier support for incident and problem management on AAA/RADIUS and similar systems.
Why you succeed
- Know-how in Windows server system administration, deployment automation, and configuration management through scripting languages and automation tools
- Proficient in C#
- Familiar with database systems (MSSQL and Oracle), network protocols, and LDAP systems (ActiveDirectory and OpenLDAP)
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, creative can-do attitude, ability to think outside the box
- Enthusiasm for agile working methods such as SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban
- Motivated, communicative, team- and customer-oriented personality who likes to take responsibility and keeps calm even in difficult situations
- Very good English and German
