What you achieve
Joining a dynamic and ambitious team, you help us develop the technologies of tomorrow and are involved in complex projects. Empowered by coaching from our senior team members, you work on internal projects as well as projects for our national and international blue chip clients. By doing so, you help us make sure our clients can navigate their ServiceNow journey safely. This program allows you to discover our ServiceNow products and our unique way of working. In addition, you support our team in designing and implementing customer-specific technical solutions that inspire users. You accompany our consultants throughout the entire value chain bringing in new ideas and fresh perspectives. Thus, you benefit from a strong business exposure. During the program, you get to prepare for the ITIL certification and at least one of the official ServiceNow certifications.
Why you succeed
- Degree (ETH/Uni/UAS) in computer science or a similar field
- IT consulting experience is a plus (internship, apprenticeship, or equivalent)
- Good understanding of SaaS technologies
- Desire to grow and evolve in relevant topics, especially in solution design, process and organization analysis, and implementation of ESM solutions
- Familiar with Agile development methodologies
- Convincing personality, good presentation and communication skills
- Very good English, very good German or French
