What you achieve
You help implement and continuously develop our automation projects. From planning to implementing the automation of our IT and telco infrastructure, you are at the forefront. You also help us with testing and support. In addition, you provide technical data for process analysis (process mining) in Celonis and process the data in regard to content. Within a DevOps team, you take on a wide range of tasks and help us move forward. Plus, you supervise trainees.
Why you succeed
- Comprehensive experience in scripting (e.g. Python, Bash or PowerShell, SQL) and engineering (Linux/RedHat or Windows) as well as in CI/CD
- Know-how in system integration (e.g. REST, SOAP)
- Knowledge of SQL-based modelling, data modelling, data analysis, and data ETL (e.g. SQL scripting on SAP/HANA and TeraData)
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative process management and knowledge of IT service management tools
- Know-how in process mining tools (Celonis or similar) and ITSM tools (BMC Remedy, SNOW or similar) is an advantage
- Understanding of IT service management processes (ITIL/eTOM)
- Independent, forward-looking, team-oriented, and agile personality who enjoys working with other teams in an interdisciplinary way
- Innovative personality, craving knowledge, able to get to the root cause of issues and problems
- Very good English, German a plus
