What you achieve
The rollout of the 5G network is crucial for Swisscom's best net strategy and is of high economic benefit for the country as well as our enterprise and private customers. During the time of the rollout, we need your critical know-how to help us build more sites in shorter time and work with new radio frequencies and planning designs. You leverage your experience with one or several international mobile network operators to make us more efficient, improve our output, and reduce the cost.
Why you succeed
- Degree (ETH/Uni/UAS) in engineering
- Several years of experience working with a mobile network operator
- Know-how of radio frequency design guidance for 5G
- Hands-on experience with mobile site search and acquisition
- Familiar with the radio planning quality process and partner steering
- Experience in a decentralized workplace (communication, PDCA cycle)
- Strong leadership skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English, German a plus
This is a 12-month temporary position.
