In this role, you have the opportunity to provide customer support. You are a problem solver for all inquiries, including technical support as well as assistance with orders, delivery performance questions, and payments—to achieve the targeted goals regarding service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You implement the customer service strategy daily to increase operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the sales process. Additionally, you bring in your expertise by supporting the achievement of defined goals, monitoring progress, and implementing improvement measures as needed. In your role, you serve as an interface with internal and external partners to ensure a smooth flow of order processing.

The working model is: #LI-hybrid

This role contributes to the Local Product Group Smart Buildings in the Switzerland region. Key contacts are internal and external customers, sales, logistics, product marketing, procurement, planning, and quality assurance.

You will be part of a young, dedicated, experienced, and customer-focused team in which you can develop and actively contribute to continuous improvement.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Close collaboration with internal and external customers via meetings, email, and Teams.

• Processing orders, complaints, and returns through coordination with sales, product marketing, logistics, quality, planning, scheduling, and other internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to customers.

• Serving as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and orders as well as ensuring the resolution of customer problems.

• Support in pre-sales or after-sales service by solving customer problems and ensuring effective and efficient customer communication using specific commercial communication tools.

What we’re looking for:

• You have commercial training/education, ideally with further training in foreign trade or at a higher vocational education level (e.g., HF).

• At least 1 year of professional experience, preferably in sales support, order processing, or comparable areas.

• You are proficient in SAP Sales & Distribution, MS Office, and customer communication tools.

• You are a team player with a solution-oriented and independent work style, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude towards change.

• You have commercial training/education, ideally with further training in foreign trade or at a higher vocational education level (e.g., HF).

• You have a good understanding of logistics processes.

• You communicate confidently in German and English.
