What you achieve
As part of change management, you make firewall, proxy, and IDS/IPS changes. You accompany active projects and take them into operation. Thanks to your expertise, you are the first point of contact for our customers. In the event of a malfunction, you quickly find the right measures to promptly offer our customers the service they are used to. Furthermore, you assist customers and their staff with questions about network- and cybersecurity.
Why you succeed
- Degree (UAS/Uni/technical college) in computer science or similar
- Several years of experience as a security engineer
- Sound knowledge of security firewall platforms (network, design, and protocols)
- Know-how in implementation, configuration and troubleshooting
- Security know-how of firewall (Palo Alto, Juniper), proxy (Symantec (Bluecoat), Zscaler), and/or F5
- Knowledge of VPN, remote access, IDS/IPS, NAC, DLP, Splunk, and ITSM with ServiceNow
- Analytical and conceptual thinking, quick grasp
- Ready to be on call occasionally
- Very good German and English
