What you achieve
You successfully position our ServiceNow offerings in the Swiss market. In collaboration with our specialized sales team and consultants as well as the accounting team, you identify potential customers and leads. You give presentations and demos and configure use cases. In addition, you deal with all technical questions and respond to requests for offers. By supporting sales tasks like preparing events or creating tools, you bring value to the entire sales process. To do so, you collaborate with ServiceNow, accredit yourself on all applications relevant to our market, and keep yourself informed on what the competition is doing. Your knowledge of Swisscom's relevant product portfolio allows you to create inspiring and business-oriented offers that demonstrate the benefits of both ServiceNow and Swisscom.
Why you succeed
- Degree (Uni/UAS) in business informatics or equivalent degree
- Passion for and proven knowledge of ServiceNow and current market trends
- Experienced in preparing complex offers, able to excite customers for our solutions
- High customer orientation and business understanding with a strong ability to persuade (verbally and in writing)
- Strong communication skills, a passion for technology and ServiceNow
- Self-starter with a high degree of autonomy
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English, French a plus
