The Team Leader for Sales and Customer Support Specialists is the first point of contact for Uninterruptible Power Supply systems and services for customers and business partners of ELSP (Electrification) in Ticino Switzerland. In this role and using your customer service skills and knowledge, you will help deliver our quality products on time and according to our customer's business requirements.Target start date would be 01.09.2023.

Your responsibilities

• Manage a team of 5 - 6 Coordinators.
• Identify Improvements, continuously.
• Monitor the status of orders and deliveries, proactively find solutions to achieve monthly REV targets
• Ensure inquiries are resolved and providing in any necessary escalation
• Ensure a positive customer experience by giving them regular updates and clarification
• Verifying customer complaints and opening quality tickets
• Backing up your counterpart's team
• Assist your team members to grow in their roles, identify talents and promote them
• Support to resolve account receivable issues, guarantee cash collection, and prevent shipment stops.

Your background

• 3 years of experience in Customer Service for industrial products
• Accounts Receivables knowledge
• An agile and proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issues
• Knowledge of principles and practices in customer service
• Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office Suite.
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
• English, Italian
• Current work Permission valid in Switzerland
