Our local sales unit has 40 employees who work closely together. As a Technical Customer Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team. Your technical flair and market knowledge will help you to advise our customers. Together with our field service team, you will answer our customers' questions about drive technology, design drive systems and offer them. In our local sales unit we communicate openly and directly and appreciate a lively exchange. We proactively support further training and the team spirit is promoted by regular joint activities. You report directly to the Head of Sales Operations.

Your responsibilities

  • Professional advice for customers and interested parties on all aspects of drive technology
  • Dimensioning of simple and complex drive systems
  • Preparation and calculation of quotations
  • Preparation of technical documentation
  • Follow-up of offers and projects with successful completion in cooperation with the field sales consultants
  • Support of the order processing team in technical matters
  • Professional handling of possible complaints

Your background

  • Successfully completed technical apprenticeship (e.g. automation technician, mechanic, electronics technician, electrician)
  • Further commercial training or experience is an advantage
  • Professional experience in the field of industrial drive technology (converters and motors) is a plus
  • High customer orientation and good communication skills
  • Languages: DE business fluent, FR and/or EN are a plus
  • High self-motivation, initiative and independence
