Your role
Want to learn what it takes for the world's largest Wealth Manager to operate? See who and what is needed behind the scenes for our client advisors to focus all their time on the client? Get in-depth knowledge of an innovative business and help transform the way we advise our clients?
Our new Operating Office Switzerland Allrounder Academy will offer exactly this. It is designed as a 2-year entry program into the banking industry that equips you with a profound on-the-job education and a thorough understanding of our organization.
• during the 12-18 months you'll rotate through different areas of the Operating Office for example, onboarding new clients in our Front Support Office, answering client questions over the phone and via email in our Client Servicing, getting high value trades over the line in our Securities and Settlement teams, book Corporate Events such as spin-offs and tenders in our Corporate Action teams and support our clients to hand in their Tax Reporting properly
• after the first year you'll deep-dive into your favorite area, show your ability to also understand complex topics and get to the root of things.
• after another year you have the choice: you develop deeper expertise in a specific area or you get first leadership experience, maybe as a team lead deputy.
• the network you created within the first two years will help you develop within our bank and make your career a success.
• besides all that, you'll have individual mentoring & coaching sessions with a subject matter expert to help you maximize your full potential.
Your team
You'll be working in our Operating Head Wealth Management Switzerland organization mainly in Zurich, but other locations are an option. We work closely with colleagues e.g. in Asset Management and Investment Bank to provide our services and resolve problems for our clients globally. Our key objective is to deliver excellent client service while continuously challenging our process efficiency and behavior.
Our team is truly international, passionate for Securities and Client Service and on top of that also very sporty. We think it is fair to say that we have the heart in the right place.

Your experience and skills
• can-do mentality with proven ability to increase customer satisfaction (you're a keen observer and problem solver) and with a flair for new technologies and organization
• adaptable, motivated, self-directed and driven (always staying up to date and improving)
• curiosity, openness and passion to learn, especially for Wealth Management operational topics and processes (global markets, financial instruments, etc.)
• persistence and perseverance, with the ability to work under pressure
• analytical mindset, interest in looking at problems and going to the root
• people orientation and inherent interest to help others
• commercial apprenticeship (KV) or Bachelor's degree in business or commerce (also other disciplines are welcome)
• previous experience within the financial and securities services industry and/or a client-facing role is a plus
